Mortgage Rates Fall Again

Ad Feedback - Americans looking to buy a home or refinance their mortgage are getting some good news. Mortgage rates have fallen to a record low for the fourth straight week.

Freddie Mac reports that 30-year fixed-rate mortgages hit 5.01 percent this week. That is down from the previous record of 5.1 percent last week. Mortgage rates are at their lowest level since Freddie Mac started its survey in April of 1971.
