The Statue of Liberty's crown is reopening to the public this holiday weekend.

New Yorkers and tourists will be allowed to climb the 168 circular steps to Lady Liberty's crown for the first time since September 11, 2001.

Long lines are expected and only 30 visitors an hour will be allowed into the crown.
