A Nebraska doctor says he'll perform third term abortions in Kansas after the recent killing of abortionist Dr. George Tiller.
    
Dr.Leroy Carhart told the Associated Press he won't disclose yet whether he plans to open a new abortion clinic or will perform abortions at an existing practice.

Carhart performed late-term abortions at Tiller's clinic since Nebraska doesn't permit an abortion on a viable fetus.
    
Kansas allows abortions on viable fetuses after the 21st week if a full-term pregnancy endangers the mother's life.
