We all know that gluttony is a sin -- but that didn't seem to stop some competitors in Minnesota, this weekend.
The event was the Midwest qualifier for the Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest.
And the winner was Patrick Bertoletti from Chicago, who devoured 25 hot dogs.
His winning technique was to soak the franks in Kool-aid to make them slide down faster.
His prize was an all-expense paid trip to New York to compete in the international contest on July 4th.
Bertoletti is currently ranked second in the International Federation of Competitive Eating.
