A racy Calvin Klein ad in New York City has residents questioning if the company has gone too far.
The billboard covers the entire side of a downtown building. It shows a topless woman lying on top of one man while kissing another man. A third man is lying on the floor with his pants unbuttoned.
The ad has generated dozens of complaints from concerned neighbors, but Calvin Klein has yet to respond.
"This is a community and Calvin Klein and any advertiser should have some sensitivity and some consideration for the communities in which it advertises," said Alan Gearson of the New York City Council.
"I'm horrified as I look up at it, I see that there's an implication that there's a young woman is going to compromise her integrity for the sake of fashion," one resident commented.
Melissa Henson from the Parents Television Council spoke with CBN News about the racy billboard and what can be done to regulate these types of advertisements.
