Thursday May 7 is the National Day of Prayer in Washington, D.C.

On that morning, Christians will gather at the U.S. Capitol to join in prayer with millions of Americans at churches and public events nationwide.

President Obama will issue a proclamation on that day, but unlike the Bush administration, he will not host an event at the White House.

CBN News spoke with Wendy Wright of Concerned Women for America.  Click play for her comments on Obama's actions in regards to the National Day of Prayer.
