An Iraqi immigrant accused of driving over and killing his own daughter in Arizona is now in custody.
Police arrested Faleh Almaleki at Atlanta's airport after he was denied entrance by authorities in Great Britain.
The 48-year-old is accused of running over his 20-year-old daughter, Noor, and a friend with his jeep because she had become "too westernized."
The woman had been in the hospital since Oct. 20 and remained in serious condition after extensive spinal surgery.
She died Monday of her injuries. Authorities are expected to upgrade the charges against Almaleki in light of her death.
