With the Christmas holidays just around the corner, some cities are getting underway with festive decorations.

In New York, Saks Fifth Avenue's flagship store unveiled their iconic holiday window displays Monday night.

The store's window decorations have delighted generations since 1949.

This year's theme is from the children's book, Twinkle Twinkle Little Snowflake.

The windows showcase several colorful scenes from the book, with 20 synced video monitors creating a visual animation montage.
