A judge has ordered Christian convert Rifqa Bay to return home to Ohio after fleeing to Florida to escape her Muslim parents.

Bary warned that she would be the victim of an "honor killing" because she'd converted from Islam to Christianity.

A state investigation, however, found that the 17-year-old's parents pose no credible threat.

Still, friends and many others following Bary's case are concerned for her safety.

Tuesday's ruling also brought forth questions surrounding Bary's citizenship.
