A Raleigh, N.C., woman who should be on her honeymoon is making funeral arrangements instead.

Karen Taylor and Christopher Raynor had plans to honeymoon on a cruise ship, but the 28-year-old groom-to-be died in a car crash just hours before the wedding.

Their ceremony began as a memorial service instead and because of her faith, Taylor was able to tell her story.

"He started off the day with a text message, saying 'Yay, I'm so ready,'" Taylor recalled. "And I think he is ready. Ready for heaven."

She feels her faith will guarantee that they will see each other again, and finally be together forever.
Taylor even spoke of the sentiment in her wedding ring.

"I had inscribed into it 'the best is yet to come' -- and it is," she said. "The best is yet to come. He's with God."

This story has generated a lot of attention, especially in the Raleigh area, and many people including strangers have signed the couple's online guest book.
They have commented on how Karen Taylor's faith has touched so many lives.
