For the first time in decades, more parents are back at home with their kids. One MTV reality show star is giving parents tips on how to stay at home and remain sane.

Rachel Campos-Duffy flew in the face of pop culture with her conservative, religious values when she starred on the third season of MTV's Real World in 1994.
She and her husband, Sean, met on MTV's "The Real World: San Francisco." They are now parenting five kids while working on conservative, political careers. But Rachel is doing it all from home.

Campos-Duffy is also author of the new book "Stay Home, Stay Happy." She spoke with CBN News about how parents can stay at home without going crazy. Click play for the full interview.
