As lawmakers continue to talk about health care reform, a clinic in Richmond, Va. is making it a reality.

CrossOver Ministry provides medical services for those uninsured in the area.  Their mission is to provide health care and promote wellness for people in need, all in the name of Jesus Christ.

This week, the group is one of the ministries featured in World Magazine's 4th annual Profiles in Effective Compassion issue.
