September is National Disaster Preparedness Month and although the U.S. hurricane season has been mild so far, September is usually considered to be the worst month for the possibility of a hurricane.

Jody Herrington, the director of CBN's Operation Blessing International, appeared on Monday's CBN Newschannel's Morning program and talked about how to prepare for the unexpected during the hurricane season and how important it is to have a plan, just in case the unexpected happens.
