Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer said Thursday that the High Court will likely rule on the new health care law.
Breyer told the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice and Science that he thinks the case is a good candidate for Supreme Court review.
Over a dozen states are challenging the law in court. They argue it is unconstitutional to require Americans to purchase health insurance.
Breyer also jokingly told lawmakers that if they keep passing 2,000-page laws, they will keep the Supreme Court very busy.
