Producers of the often vulgar and controversial cartoon "South Park" seem undeterred by strong warnings from radical Muslims.
The group "Revolution Muslim" is outraged over a recent episode that mocked the prophet Muhammad. Jesus Christ and other religious figures were also satirized.
The Muslim group posted a statement on its Web site saying "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone could be killed because depictions of Muhammad are not allowed in Islam.
"It's not a threat, but a warning of the reality of what will likely happen to them," the statement read.
The Web page has since been taken down.
Neither Parker nor Stone have responded, however, they did include more references to Muhammad in their latest "South Park" episode.
