An anti-Tea Party group is planning to infiltrate the movement and make it appear to be racist and homophobic.
The group is called Crash the Tea Party. They are recruiting members across the country to join Tea Party rallies on April 15, which is Tax Day.
During the rallies the group will portray extreme radical views.
"Every time we have someone on camera saying that Barack Obama isn't an American citizen, we want someone sitting next to him saying, 'That's right, he's an alien from outer space!'" said Jason Levin, the group's leader.
Levin says he hopes it will make the Tea Partiers appear to be racists and moronic.
"Do I think every member of the Tea Party is a homophobe, racist or a moron? No, absolutely not," Levin said. "Do I think most of them are homophobes, racists or morons? Absolutely."
Tea Party organizers say this just means their message is resonating with mainstream America.
Meanwhile, conservative groups are recruiting Tea Party activists for help in a possible fight over President Obama's Supreme Court nominee.
