Steve Schaefer, managing producer of the Christian Broadcasting Network's television series "WorldReach," has just released a new book titled Living in the Overlap: How Jesus's Kingdom Proclamation can Transform Your World.

As its title suggests, the book focuses on the kingdom of God and its practical implications for the believer's daily life.

Schaefer, who has a master's degree in Biblical Studies from Regent University, said understanding God's kingdom is the key to living victoriously.

"I spent years as a Christian being largely clueless about what Jesus taught concerning the kingdom of God," Schaefer explained on his website. "But when I began to study the subject seriously, I realized it provides a valuable key to successful living."

"When some of my friends expressed similar challenges understanding this important topic, I thought it might be helpful to write a book that would share both the biblical background concerning the kingdom and some of its practical implications for our lives," he said.
