U.S. Muslims Launch Positive PSA on Islam

A group of American Muslims have launched a public service announcement in response to the controversy surrounding the proposed New York City mosque near Ground Zero.

Members of "My Faith My Voice" say they want to put an end to the fear many have about Islam.

The one minute PSA features dozens of Muslims of different ages and backgrounds, responding to how their faith is portrayed in America.

"In recent weeks, a lot of people have been telling you what to think about Muslims," the ad begins. "But the truth is, I don't want to impose my faith on you, I don't want to take over this country, and I don't support terrorism of any form."

My Faith My Voice urged other Muslims across the country to support the campaign by uploading their own PSA to YouTube.
