For thousands of people, following college or pro sports is a full-time hobby. But for many Americans and people around the world, following your favorite team can sometimes become an obsession.
Author Chad Gibbs is a Christian who is also a huge fan of the Auburn Tigers. He said that as he grew in his relationship with Christ through the years, he noticed he had a hard time worshipping God on Sunday if the Tigers didn't do well on Saturday.
He recently spoke with CBN News' Lee Webb about this discovery, the soul searching it created within him and the book that resulted called, God and Football: Faith and Fanaticism in the SEC.
