The Parents Television Council says television networks are continuing to push boundaries, showing sexual and perverse material -- with many of the plots involving young girls.
In a recent study of the sexualization of teenage girls, PTC found that many programs aimed at children and teens are becoming more racy.
The group's findings revealed about 86 percent of sexualized female characters were depicted as high school students. And about 75 percent of shows with these sexual references don't include a rating that warns parents of sexual content. Read the full report here.
