The mystery surrounding a billboard in Minnesota may finally be solved.

The billboard shows a picture of former President George W. Bush with the words "Miss me yet?" on it.

A group of small business owners purchased the sign, and the head of the billboard company tells Yahoo News that some of them were actually supporters of President Obama.

They reportedly wanted to convey the message: "Hope and change, where is it?"

The ad has been up for about a month, and so far, there has been no negative feedback.
