Sunday school students at a Kansas church got a hands-on lesson in love by helping earthquake victims in Haiti.
Kids from United Methodist Church in Topeka, Kan. made health kits to send to the survivors.
The project started when a church member donated $1,000 for relief aid.
Sunday school teachers used that money to buy supplies and invited their students to help pack them in boxes. They were able to make nearly 200 kits.
"It makes me feel that they need that stuff, so it makes me feel happy because I get to help them," little Morgan Lewis said.
The church also raised $8,000 for additional relief aid to Haiti.
