The health care bill may be headed for President Obama's desk, but the fight over abortion funding is far from over.
Obama has promised to sign an executive order to make sure federal funds won't be used for abortions, but pro-life groups aren't satisfied.
They feel the agreement was a last-minute deal to win over pro-life Democrats like Congressman Bart Stupak.
On the other side, abortion supporters are also not happy with the order. The National Organization for women released a statement saying Obama's decision to issue the executive order "suggest that his commitment to reproductive health care is shaky at best."
