The new Disney movie "Alice in Wonderland" opened Friday in theaters across the U.S.
Walt Disney puts a new twist on the classic movie, which originally was released in 1951.
According to film reviewer Paul Asay of Focus on the Family's Plugged-In Online, film director Tim Burton remade "the land and remold(ed) the characters to suit his own taste."
"As such, his Wonderland is a darker country and more perilous-both for Alice and the moviegoer," Asay warned.
In a recent interview with CBN News, Plugged-In director Bob Waliszewski shared more about the new film as well as some other popular movies. Click play for his comments.
