A San Diego, California car wash owner got what most people dread last week -- a visit from the Internal Revenue Service.
The Sacramento Bee reported two very serious and aggressive agents hand-delivered a letter to the manager.
It turned out that the agency wanted a grand total of four cents in back taxes from 2006. And somehow, penalties from that debt had added up to more than $200.
However, the owner of the car wash had a letter from the IRS, which said he had already paid all of his taxes.
