A ninth member of a Michigan-based militia group at the center of an FBI raid has been charged with conspiring to oppose the government by force.
The 21-year-old surrendered peacefully Monday night at a Michigan home where he'd been hiding.
Investigators say he's part of the cult group called Hutaree that planned to kill police officers. They describe themselves as Christian soldiers preparing for the arrival of the Antichrist.

Other suspects were arrested over the weekend in Ohio and Indiana.
Authorities believe the group was planning an attack in April. They are accused of training to shoot guns and make bombs.
The indictment states several different scenarios on how they would try to kill police officers, including a fake 911 call to lure an officer to his death.
Hutaree's Web site says its name means "Christian Warrior," and it lists several Bible verses.
A statement on the site reads, "We believe that one day, as prophecy says, there will be an Anti-Christ... Jesus wanted us to be ready to defend ourselves using the sword and stay alive using equipment."
