Many states are already putting together lawsuits challenging the health care overhaul.

They argue the federal government can't mandate everyone to get health insurance.

Idaho has adopted a law requiring its attorney general to challenge the health care law. Arizona is letting its voters decide whether or not to challenge the federal government.

Virginia's attorney general is also promising to go to court over the new health care mandates.

The American Center for Law and Justice is calling passage of the health care bill "extremely disappointing."
