A series of tornados hit Arkansas Wednesday night, killing one person and injuring four others.
Nearly 2,000 homes are still without power.
The tornados caused damage that stretched from the southwest corner of the state all the way to the northeast.
Forecasters say moisture from the Gulf of Mexico is causing an increase in violent storms in the area.
On Monday, a tornado touched down in Oklahoma, leveling homes and cutting power lines. Miraculously no one was hurt.
