The Susan B. Anthony List spent millions of dollars this campaign season in an effort to elect pro-life candidates to public office.
Overall, the SBA List was involved in 90 midterm election races, spending about $11 million.
More than $3 million of that money went to its "Votes Have Consequences" project.
The campaign targeted lawmakers in Congress who described themselves as pro-life, but voted in favor of the health care law, which opponents feared would use federal funding for abortions.
The SBA List also spent $2.3 million to elect pro-life women in the House, Senate and statewide office, as well as $1.4 million to defeat pro-abortion incumbents.
