One of Fox News' most popular commentators, Glenn Beck, is leaving his show later this year.
The network and Glenn Beck's company, Mercury Radio Arts, announced the departure Wednesday.
The conservative host and Fox will continue work together to create other projects for the network.
"Glenn Beck is a powerful communicator, a creative entrepreneur and a true success by anybody's standards," Roger Ailes, Fox News CEO said. "I look forward to continuing to work with him."
"I cannot repay Roger for the lessons I've learned and will continue to learn from him," Beck said in statement announcing his departure."
Beck's show ratings have declined in recent months. He has also faced an advertiser boycott from controversial statements he has made in the past.
Still, Beck's show on Fox has been the third highest rated in cable news.
