Each Christmas, atheists and agnostics seem to ramp up their attacks on the holiday used to celebrate the birth of Christ.

Some believers respond with anger, others by rallying in favor of their local nativity scene display.

Attorney and pastor Randy Singer says it's understandable to be disappointed and upset with the political correctness and even disrespect some groups have portrayed toward Christmas.

But in a secular culture, he says there's a better way to respond.

Singer is also author of The Judge Who Stole Christmas.
