Faith and Value Awards Recognize Inspiring Films

The 19th Annual Faith and Values Awards Gala will be held Friday in Universal City, California.

The most inspiring film and TV show will each take home the Epiphany Prize, worth $100,000. The Epiphany Prizes are awarded every year to the best production that inspired a "great increase in man's love or understanding of God."

The film nominees for most inspiring movie include:

  • "The Book of Eli"
  • "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader"
  • "Get Low"
  • "Letters to God"
  • "The Secret of Kells"
  • "To Save a Life"
  • "What If..."

Ted Baeher, founder of the Christian Film and Television Commission which sponsors the Faith and Value Awards, discussed some of the big inspiring film surprises of the past year and his predictions of the front-runners to win the coveted prize on the Feb. 18 edition of CBN News Channel's Morning News.
