A Texas golfer is looking to swing his way into the record books.
    
Richard Lewis has set out to play 600 rounds of golf this year, earning him a place in the Guinness Book of World Records.
    
He'll have to play each 18-hole round in two hours and 35 minutes to stay on schedule.

"If nobody knew about this I'd be just as satisfied as ever because I'd know I did it, and no one else in the whole wide world, to my knowledge, has ever done it and that's special to me," Lewis said.

While Lewis admits his golf obsession has led to two divorces, he says he happiest being on the green.

"Well, you have to be a little bit over the edge to do something like this," Lewis said.
