California's newest hometown hero bravely took on two armed robbers with nothing more than his teeth.
Paco -- a 10 pound chihuahua -- jumped into action when robbers invaded his owner's tobacco store. He went straight for the criminals' ankles to chase them out and across the street.
Those who know Paco say he's usually a calm dog.
"I was shocked because normally he's really laid back. He's just sitting back taking it easy," neighbor Cecil Griffin said.
"Everybody around this area knows who Paco is. He is, you know, super friendly," Leah Harbison added.
Store owner Erik Knight jokingly said he's going to put a cape on Paco -- the super dog. He adopted Paco from the local pound.
The thieves got away with some money, but Kinght says without Paco's help it could have been much worse.
