Planned Parenthood continues its fight in court Monday against a new anti-abortion law in Indiana.
That new law cuts $1.4 million in public funding to the group because it provides abortions, something federal funds cannot be used for.
Monday's hearing comes just days after a federal Medicaid administrator blasted the new state law.
In a letter to Indiana lawmakers, he said their new law could cause the state to lose millions in federal dollars because it violates federal Medicaid laws.
Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller issued a statement saying state attorney's will continue to defend the law.
