Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has signed a budget that included cuts to the state's Planned Parenthood funding.
Some $1 million of the abortion provider's $18 million funding was taken out of the state budget, Sunday. The cut is meant to make up for Wisconsin's $3 billion shortfall, without raising taxes
Pro-life leaders say they applaud the move, but want to see the state defund the entire $18 million.
North Carolina, Kansas and Indiana have made similar moves.
