A Christian school in California is remembering Elizabeth Taylor as a generous donor.
The late actress gave Providence Hall Christian High School a $100,000 donation two years ago.
She didn't claim to be a Christian, but the school's head master said Taylor was supportive of the faith-based education it offers.
Taylor said she was inspired to give the gift when President Barack Obama called on Americans to reach across the political and ideological divide.
The Oscar Award winning star died Wednesday of congestive heart failure. She was 79 years old.
