Michael Little, president of the Christian Broadcasting Network, has been elected to the 2012 board of directors for the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.
Little, a 38-year CBN veteran, also serves as board chairman of the Christian Broadcasting Associates in Canada and is on the board of Operation Blessing International and NorthStar Studios.
ECFA was founded in 1979 and provides accreditation to Christian nonprofit organizations that comply with ECFA standards on financial accountability, fundraising, and board governance.
The oversight group also elected two other new board members, including Thomas Addington, president of Brand Villages and Kenneth R. Larson, president of Slumberland Furniture. The trio will serve three-year terms.
"This board of outstanding leaders reflects the evangelical community both in diversity as well as in commitment to sound practices and stewardship," Mark Holbrook, board chairman, said in a released statement. "I look forward to serving ECFA with them."
