A court ruling in Tennessee has paved the way for the construction of a multi-million dollar mosque in Murfreesboro.
Rutherford County residents argued that members of the Islamic center are compelled by their religion to subdue non-Muslims, which would violate their constitutional rights.
The judge dismissed the complaint, saying the mosque posed no threat to the plaintiffs.
Two other mega-mosques are planned for construction in Tennessee - one in Memphis and another near Nashville.
