For many Americans, Thanksgiving is a time to remember all the things they're thankful for - and to pig out on turkey and pumpkin pie.

But where did this tradition start?

Kids have their own unique ideas about the day's origins and sometimes when you ask them about it, the details get a little bit fuzzy.

CBN got some little ones together and asked them to tell us what Thanksgiving is all about.
