Police say the alleged gunman in the shooting at a Christian college in California was angry about being expelled and was targeting an Oikos University administrator who was not there.

Authorities say One Goh, 43, was also upset with students who teased him about his English.

Seven people died in Monday's shooting rampage at the school. Daniel Sim's sister, Lydia, was among the victims who died on that fateful day.

"I was on my way to school," Sim recounted. " I got a phone call saying there was a shooting at my sister's school, but in my head I'm not thinking it's her."

"Man, she's just a loving person. She didn't deserve to go this way," her brother said.

Of the five victims who were sent to the hospital, two died. The other three were treated and discharged.
