A federal judge has ruled in favor of President Obama's campaign, extending early voting in Ohio.

Now all voters in that key swing state may be allowed to vote early during the final three days before Election Day.

The judge issued a preliminary injunction against a new law that allowed military voters to have three extra days of voting.

The Obama camp sued, arguing it wasn't fair to all voters.

State attorneys pointed out many laws give special voting accommodations for military members because they face obstacles that other voters don't.
