A Franklin County, Pa., school board in is fighting for its right to pray at the beginning of meetings.
Two atheist groups, Pennsylvania Non-Believers and American Atheists Inc., are challenging the practice.
Carl Silverman, a member of P.A. Non-Believers, said the prayer is, "a clear constitutional violation."
Meanwhile, Superintendent Greg Hoover noted that for the 25 years he been attending meetings they've always started with the Lord's Prayer.
"No one's ever said a word," he said.
