In 2009, Sen. Chuck Grassley launched an investigation into the practices of several media-based ministries to make sure they were not misusing financial contributions.
The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability has now formed an independent commission to help address policy issues raised by Sen. Grassley and others when it comes to religous organizations.
