A church in Royal Palm Beach, Fla. is getting a lesson in faith.
The Royal Palm Covenant Church is on the verge of foreclosure and needs $47,000 or its property will go back to the bank.
But the community is rallying around the church and its members. Friends and strangers alike have started coming forward to help.
The local golf club even offered to host a fundraiser.
"We've created an event called the Pastor's Masters and it's going to be a four person scramble golf tournament," Bob Still, with the Binks Forest Golf Club, said.
"With the goal being, each church in the community, we have over 30 churches, our hopes is 30 different churches will come together for this event," he added.
Church members say the community support is overwhelming and it encourages them to continue giving back.
Even in a financial crisis, the church is still tutoring and feeding 300 hungry people every week.
