The Jim Henson Company is coming out against Chick-fil-A for its support of traditional marriage.
On its Facebook page, the company that created the Muppets says it is severing business ties with Chick-fil-A.
It had been working on a kid's meal product for the restaurant chain.
Now it states, "The Jim Henson Company has celebrated and embraced diversity and inclusiveness for over fifty years."
"Lisa Henson, our CEO is personally a strong supporter of gay marriage and has directed us to donate the payment we received from Chick-fil-A to GLAAD."
GLAAD is a gay rights group.

While Chick-fil-A is getting slammed by the Muppet-makers, they've picked up support from former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.
On his Facebook page Huckabee wrote, "Too often, those on the left make corporate statements to show support for same-sex marriage, abortion, or profanity, but if Christians affirm traditional values, we're considered homophobic, fundamentalists, hate-mongers, and intolerant."
Huckabee has declared Aug. 1 as "Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day," calling on others to join him in supporting the restaurant.
