Students from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Va., recently spent their spring break on a missions trip to Washington, D.C.

The trip was an opportunity to for the students to hear stories of the homeless, partner with local churches, work with urban youth, and minister to victims of sex trafficking.

It also offered an opportunity to advocate for justice on the steps of the U.S. Capitol building.

**Richard Kidd, director of campus ministries at the university, talked about the trip's highlights, lessons students brought back with them, and Regent's plans for future missions trips, on the CBN News Channel Morning News, March 7.
