A Pennsylvania school district is refusing to remove a Ten Commandments monument from a high school.

The Fraternal Order of the Eagles donated the monument to Valley High in 1957.

The Freedom from Religion Foundation said the monument is a violation of the constitution.

It's threatening to sue the district if it doesn't remove the monument. The district refuses, saying it has historical significance.
