Five men have been arrested in connection with a bomb plot for Ohio 82 bridge that spans over a national park in Cuyahoga Valley, the FBI announced Tuesday.

A complaint filed by the agency stated the men were arrested Monday evening and three of the suspects are "self proclaimed anarchists."

Fox affiliate WJW-TV identified the men as Anthony Hayne, 35; Douglas Wright, 26; Joshua Stafford, 23; Brandon Baxter, 20; Connor Stevens, 20.

The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force ran an undercover sting operation to catch the men who reportedly were going to plant the explosive devices as part of a May Day protest.

The devices were not real so the FBI said the public was never in any danger.
