The dispute over a Pennsylvania restaurant's discount to church-goers has been settled.
CBN News first reported the controversy at Prudhomme's Lost Cajun Kitchen of Columbia in July. The restaurant offers a 10 percent discount to any customer who brings in a church bulletin on Sundays.
An atheist with the Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation challenged the program, calling it discriminatory.
But the state's Human Relations Commission has ruled that the promotion can continue.
The restaurant began the discount as a way to boost business on Sundays.
